Biscotti di kamut | Cookies with kamut flour

Yesterday I made a bullshit: I turned on the oven to make cookies.
My grandmother is still in hospital and I’m nervous, because his behavior makes me angry and there is stress, so to relax I got to make cookies just that I almost forgot that there were 37 degrees outside and at home only after 33 oven for half an hour I realized the error. But I must say that the result was superb, the best cookies I’ve ever done so thanks to the blog from which I took inspiration dolcetteria changing doses, however, because I had three eggs and sugar because I make everything for my usual problems .
I froze half the dough because it was too hot and I hate even more the oven on a minute!

{ ingredienti }

INGREDIENTS:

• 200 g flour kamut
• 80 g flour manitoba
• 2 egg yolks
• 60 grams of vanilla sugar made by me
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 80 g butter
• cold milk
I mixed the two flours with the yeast and sugar, then add the egg yolks with a fork I gave a mixed to a little mix well, then I got the butter into pieces and I did and I put them in the compost.
I started working with his hands up to not to have the pieces of butter, but had become a mixture grainy. So I added milk 0.1 (approximately 6 / 7 tablespoons) and you will see that within minutes there will be a ball of pastry.
I split in half and half I have frozen and the other I usata.l ‘I leveled after an hour passed in the fridge and I made about 20-25 cookies.
cooking is fast but unbearable in the summer! enough 10-12 minutes at 180 ° C, I have them removed when they started to get dark because I really like cooked.
I let them cool. and then I have some half covered with dark chocolate, only after the whole night were still there that were harder, and just one hour in the fridge and immediately improved.

Them because I’ll just make sure the taste is great, but only in autumn, with the first rains to drink a cup of hot tea! Yesterday was better than a nice ice cream!
